Andy Mandel is a recognized leader in the real estate industry among South Florida Young Professionals. After graduating from Florida State University with a double major in Accounting & Finance, Andy quickly became the office’s top Agent and has now leads a team selling 250+ homes per year while still actively in production. Seeing the need for greater professionalism in the industry, Andy has gone above and beyond with training and education, becoming a Broker – Associate and obtaining designations such as Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Certified Negotiation Expert, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Certified Distressed Property Expert, and Military Residential Specialist. Growing up in the industry as the son of two local real estate attorneys, Andy was born and raised in Parkland and Coral Springs. This gives him a unique insight into the neighborhoods and area. He can truly speak to the quality of life and the school systems in the area, which has helped him stand out from the crowd and be a trusted source of guidance to his clients.
